Description

Plot Summary

Taijina is a rural girl with a great talent for painting. During the October Revolution, she worked on a medical assistance train. When delivering clothes to the farm, she fell in love with Xie Miaonuo at first sight and quickly established a romantic relationship. The situation was turbulent, and she had to personally send her lover Semyonov to the front line. Due to Taijinna's intuitive style of handling things, which went against the social norms of the time, he was repeatedly criticized by the political commissar. When they were arrested by counter revolutionaries at the same time, she had a chance to escape, but at the last moment, she agreed with the political commissar's beliefs and beliefs and chose to die heroically. Panfilov portrayed the hardships of the October Revolution through a series of plot plays, using the paintings of the female protagonist Taijinna as a weapon to express anger. He overlaid the reality of the revolution with the art of painting, creating a strong visual and emotional impact.
