Plot Summary

Police officer Chen Jiaju (Jackie Chan), who has received special police training, is honest and hardworking in handling cases, often ignoring his girlfriend (Maggie Cheung). During a certain encirclement and suppression operation, Chen Jiaju arrested the drug lord Zhu Tao. However, due to the sudden disappearance of the witness (Zhu Tao's secretary) Shalina (Lin Qingxia), he was unable to bring him to justice. As a result, Chen Jiaju was demoted. Afterwards, Zhu Tao, who harbored resentment in his heart, planned to lure Chen Jiaju to the villa where Shalina was imprisoned in order to retaliate. He also sent his subordinates to kill a police officer and blame him, forcing Chen Jiaju to flee in all directions under the police's warrant. Shalina, who narrowly escaped, understood the ruthless nature of Zhu Tao's character. In order to protect herself, she risked infiltrating Zhu Tao's office to steal evidence, but was chased by his subordinates to the mall. Chen Jiaju arrived in time and engaged in a fierce battle with Zhu Tao's subordinates.
