Plot Summary

Su Can (played by Stephen Chow), the son of the Guangzhou Governor, was framed and turned into a beggar when he was admitted as the top scorer in martial arts. Because the four elders of the Beggar's Sect killed their own leader, the Tianli Sect's Taiyi Zhenren, who took over the court, persecuted the Beggar's Sect everywhere.
