Description
Plot Summary
Tao Lan and Yu Xiaoqin are teenage step sisters. They attended the same high school and slept in the same bedroom, but they were completely different. The first one is wild and a bit wandering, while the other is diligent and hardworking in learning. One day, Yu Xiaoqin stole money from her father and blamed Tao Lin. In order to prove her innocence, Tao Lin accidentally killed her sister and was imprisoned. Today, 17 years later, a woman was allowed to go out and, escorted by a guard, found that her home had already been demolished. The two of them went to their elderly parents' new home, and the guard became a witness, witnessing the difficult reunion and the girl's regret, the mother's anxiety and fear, and the stepfather's silent struggle to overcome his pain and seek forgiveness.
