Description
Plot Summary
The peaceful town welcomed a hot day in the cold winter. Young Vivian Rochelle (played by Juliette Binoche) brought her daughter here and opened a chocolate shop called "Walnut Candy on Earth" across from the local church. The rich aroma of chocolate wafts over the town, attracting many residents, and miraculously, every time Vivian Rochelle makes chocolate, she can satisfy the psychological needs of customers and uncover their hidden desires. Many people's previously closed and gloomy lives have taken on new colors. However, this angered the priests and nobles in the town, who regarded Vivian Rosche as an anomaly, and two opposing factions emerged in the town. At this moment, the gypsy Rox (played by Johnny Depp) came from afar and joined the camp of Vivian Rosche. He bravely opened up her inner desires, and the two fell in love together. However, the priest couldn't imagine how to drive this "ominous" woman out of the town. Thus, the collision of old and new ideas began.
