Description
Plot Summary
In 20 years, human society is facing an unprecedented risk of extinction - all humans have lost their ability to reproduce, and Eastern European and African countries have become fragmented, with a large number of populations migrating to wealthy countries such as the United Kingdom. However, within the UK, people are plunged into chaos and panic. Everyone is anxious and berserk about the arrival of the end of the world. African girl Ken (played by Claire Hope Ashitey) illegally immigrated to this country, but what is exciting is that she is pregnant with a child. In order to preserve the only human bloodline, police officer Theo (played by Clive Owen) and his ex-wife Julie (played by Julianne Moore) decide to do whatever it takes to safely leave Ken, but they are caught in a barrage of gunfire and struggle. During the escape, the baby was born in a refugee camp. At present, preserving the last hope of humanity has become the only belief in Theo's heart, with knives and guns.
