Plot Summary

Killer Chevrolet (played by Jason Statham) was ambushed and his archenemy, the Ricky brothers, injected him with deadly poison. After waking up, Chevrolet was filled with anger and unbearable pain. In search of a cure, he broke into a gang stronghold in Orlando, but found nothing. Desperate, Chevrolet went to Beverly Hills to seek help from his boss, Caretto, who claimed responsibility for the Donkin incident. Chevrolet's doctor told him that only by increasing the level of adrenaline in his body can he sustain life. Angry Chevrolet, in order to seek revenge, killed Ricky's brother at the Prince Hotel and broke into the hospital to search for related drugs, which led to a large number of police officers. Although he became a wanted criminal in the city, Chevrolet still risked everything to rescue his girlfriend Eve (played by Amy Smart). After evading pursuit, he confessed to his girlfriend that the source of all this was because of the Hong Kong triad drug tycoon Tang Jin whom he had once let go of, which was why his enemy had poisoned him.
