Description
Plot Summary
In 1940, Churchill established a new intelligence organization called the Special Operations Agency, abbreviated as SOE. One of the branches is responsible for supervising France's actions. In 1944, this division paid a heavy price to ensure the success of the Allied landing. Louise (played by Sophie Marceau) has just lost her husband and was brought back to France by her brother to participate in SOE. Her mission is to rescue a British geologist who has fallen into the enemy's hands - he has the German defense map set up in Normandy, which is almost all the key to the Allied landing. There are several other girls fighting alongside Louise. Jeanne, a prostitute (played by Julie Depardieu), was sentenced to death for killing her own client, and SOE promised to grant her immunity as long as she completed the task. Suzy and Galle, who joined later, both had a sad and unknown past. When they contribute their intelligence and talent to the Allies, can the mission succeed, and can they escape unscathed?
