Plot Summary

Due to the investigation involving political figures, detective Kazumasa Hoshino (played by Kanji Tsuda) was "exiled" to Investigation Class. This department is mainly responsible for unresolved cases that are about to exceed the litigation period, and belongs to the cooling department that provides assistance to young people. Starry Night did not change its nature of investigating the truth and began to search for historical documents.
