Plot Summary

A serial killer nicknamed "Blitz" has emerged in this city, who has mysteriously killed multiple police officers with only a hammer as his weapon. No one knows his whereabouts, and his sophisticated modus operandi makes it difficult for the police to solve the case. Arrogant, he would report the details of the murder to Deng Luopu (played by David Morrissey), the editor in charge of the crime section of a certain newspaper, before and after each crime, in order to pursue social attention. Deng Luopu failed to notify the police in order to become famous, which shattered the police's plans to block information every time and caught their attention. Police officer Brent (played by Jason Statham), who is prone to impulsiveness and explosiveness, has repeatedly been complained about and reported in newspapers for assaulting suspects due to his strong sense of justice, which has angered his superiors. This time, Brent was ordered to investigate the murderer. Faced with the reckless provocation of the cruel and arrogant murderer, he decided to rely on his own hands to uphold justice for this society .....
