Plot Summary

The female protagonist Anna (played by Milla Jovovich) accidentally witnesses a murder on the street and is chased by criminals. In a panicked fight, Anna is injured and falls into the river, narrowly escaping death. Anna became the only eyewitness who survived and saw the true face of the murderer. The police decided to find a breakthrough in solving the serial murder case from Anna. Anna, who was injured, woke up from a coma a week later only to find that every face she saw was constantly changing and deforming - she could no longer recognize the faces of people around her, including her boyfriend and father. This symptom is medically known as "facial agnosia" or "face blindness". The killer also seems to know the secret of Anna's facial blindness caused by a brain injury. In order to test whether Anna really couldn't recognize herself, the killer kept probing and provoking Anna through various means. Anna felt that the killer was always by her side, threatening her life at any time. In the end, the killer confirmed that Anna could only identify different people based on features such as the color of her clothes and the style of her tie. He decided to take the risk and changed into Anna's ex boyfriend's clothes and tie to meet Anna, preparing to take her to a remote place to get rid of her. However, upon closer inspection, Anna suddenly realized that the man in front of her was not her ex boyfriend, but the criminal who was trying to kill her. After receiving Anna's report, the police rushed to rescue her, engaged in a life and death struggle, and ultimately arrested the murderer.
