Plot Summary

Danny (played by Adam Sandler) experienced a failed romance when he was young. Feeling deeply deceived by women, he accidentally discovered the magic of a wedding ring and disguised himself as a married man to play around. Years later, Danny has become a successful plastic surgeon. He meets the beautiful girl Palmer (played by Brooklyn Decker) at a party and they have a one night stand. The next day, upon waking up and discovering the wedding ring, Palmer mistakenly thought Danny was married and expressed his intention to withdraw from the complicated relationship. In order to keep his beloved girl Danny, he had to fabricate a lie again and begged the hospital assistant Catherine (played by Jennifer Aniston) to play his wife who was about to divorce him. Just the lie snowballed bigger and bigger, involving Catherine's two children, Danny's brother Eddie, and others. When a group of people come to Hawaii for vacation and meet Catherine's archenemy, Devlin (played by Nicole Kidman), the out of control situation develops in an unexpected direction
