Plot Summary

In 1760, at Liverpool Pier, the Collins couple boarded a ship with their young Barnabas bound for the New World to expand the Collins family empire. 16 years later, Barnabas (played by Johnny Depp) grew up and inherited the family business, owning the Collingwood estate. Witch Angelico (played by Eva Green) threw herself away, while Barnabas had his heart set on the kind-hearted girl Josette (played by Bella Heathcote) and mercilessly rejected the witch. The witch became furious and cursed the two, causing Josette to lose her beauty and Barnabas to become an eternal vampire sealed in a coffin. Two centuries later, a construction team accidentally dug up the coffin. When Barnabas returned to the estate to prepare for a comeback, he found that the once his own port of Corinth had become a witch's angel bay, ruled by her for 200 years, and her status was unshakable. Can Barnabas, as a vampire, regain the family estate and shatter the witch's lies? At the same time, a young girl who looks exactly like her former lover Josette also inexplicably arrives at Collins Port...
