Plot Summary

Marty (played by Colin Farrell) is a movie screenwriter who loves to drink, while his friend Billy (played by Sam Rockwell) and Hans (played by Christopher Walken) earn money by stealing dogs and returning them to their owners. Marty is currently writing a script called 'Seven Neurological Men', but he doesn't have much inspiration, so Billy provided him with some materials. There is a lunatic who is a killer who throws down a J-card every time he kills someone, there is a Vietnamese Avenger, and there is a Quaker who committed suicide Billy stole a dog, which was the beloved dog of a gang leader named Charlie (played by Woody Harrelson). Charlie lost the dog he saw as life and searched everywhere. He found Hans' hospitalized wife and killed her. After learning about this, Billy angrily killed his lover, who was also Charlie's lover, and then he threw down a poker card. So Billy is the crazy killer. He went to the wilderness with Marty and Hans to continue writing the script, while also having Charlie fight alone ....
