Description
Plot Summary
Roman Hester (played by Bren Foster), who is powerful and skilled, is a fierce general under Alexander (played by Steven Seagal) who roams the underworld. Alexander specifically took over the commission of others and used cruel and violent means to eliminate the traitors and opponents that the client intended to eliminate. Unexpectedly, in a dangerous operation, he was misled and killed the wrong target, resulting in cruel punishment and being kicked out. A self destructive person with disabled hands, living in a small restaurant to barely survive. One year later, Alexander teamed up with the black gang led by the Iceman (Ving Rhames), known as the 60th Party. The Iceman was arrogant and overbearing, expanding recklessly, triggering a series of fierce battles and posing a threat to Alexander's business.
