Description
Plot Summary
On August 29, 2005, the powerful typhoon Katrina was about to hit New Orleans. At a local hospital, a man named Nolan Hayes (played by Paul Walker) experiences moments of joy and sorrow in his life. He had just welcomed his newborn daughter, but his beautiful wife Abigail (played by Genesis Rodriguez) passed away after giving birth. The delicate baby is still unable to adapt to the new environment and can only be placed in a warm box relying on machine assisted survival. Faced with a completely unfamiliar little life in front of him, Nolan and his wife's beautiful memories emerged one after another, making this man, who had experienced significant ups and downs, feel mixed emotions. The storm is getting stronger, hospitals are understaffed, doctors and patients are forced to evacuate urgently, and the collapsed dam has pushed the disaster to its peak. Lonely Nolan must race against time and fate, using his own strength to protect his last loved ones in this world
