Plot Summary

Turner (played by Halle Berry) is a 911 call center operator. One day, she receives a call from a little girl claiming that a stranger has broken into her home. Turner immediately asks her to hide, but the call suddenly disconnects. Turner anxiously calls back, but this exposes the girl's hiding place and she is unfortunately killed by the intruder. From then on, Turner fell into a deep abyss of guilt and could no longer work as an operator. Six months later, Turner became a telephone operator mentor. On that day, a novice received a report call, and on the other end, a girl named Casey (played by Abigail Breslin) was trapped in the trunk of a car by kidnappers, in a very critical situation. After investigation, Turner unexpectedly discovered that the culprit was the one who killed the little girl back then. Out of anger and remorse, she immediately made up her mind to personally arrest and bring the culprit to justice. A thrilling phone chase is about to unfold, but to everyone's surprise, a secret that has been hidden for many years is gradually coming to light
