Description
Plot Summary
This story tells of a childhood that happened in the rural areas of Guanzhong, Shaanxi in the late 1990s. In an environment where students are judged based on their academic performance, primary school student Ba Wangchao is seen as a "scum" who lacks knowledge and skills in the eyes of teachers and parents. Unable to gain recognition from parents and teachers, Ba Wangchao turned a large tree in the field into his "good place" and hid all the "fun" things on top of it. The nature of a child filled Ba Wang with struggles with the adult world, until one day, his situation changed because of the volunteer teacher Fenti who came to teach! Teacher Fenti assigned him to be the librarian in the class, and at the same time, he became good friends with the female teacher. His "good place" also became the "good place" for the female teacher. However, the good times did not last long. His special treatment in front of Teacher Fenti was changed by the arrival of Teacher Fenti's boyfriend
