Plot Summary

The homestay building in Shinjuku Kabukicho - the Yamaguchi gumi settlement of the "Rogue Apartment". After the disappearance of the leader of the underworld organization Ansheng Group, Ansheng Fangxiong, his mistress, and 100 million yen in cash, gangsters were killed every day in the rogue apartment.
