Description
Plot Summary
This film tells the story of John Lennon's youth. Lennon (played by Aaron Taylor Johnson) was adopted by his aunt Mimi (played by Kristin Scott Thomas) from a young age, and only recognized his biological mother Julia at the age of 15. His aunt and mother engaged in a dispute over him. Lennon's mother took him on the path of music and bought him a guitar. Later, Lennon met Paul McCartney (played by Thomas Sangster), who was about his age, and Paul corrected Lennon's guitar techniques. Lennon's life was full of struggles and contradictions. Until one day, Lennon's mother died in a car accident, and Lennon made up his mind to leave Mimi and Liverpool, where he grew up, to explore a wider world ....
