Description
Plot Summary
Andrew (played by Tom Hanks) and Miller (played by Denzel Washington) met in court, both young and talented lawyers, each taking charge of their own affairs. However, the young Andrew was soon found by his boss because of homosexuality and AIDS, and dismissed with unwarranted reasons. After being fired, Andrew searched for lawyers everywhere to seek justice for him. When Andrew found Miller, Miller initially refused him. Because Miller, like ordinary people, hates homosexuality and fears AIDS, but when he saw Andrew's search for "AIDS discrimination" in the library, he was looked down upon by the administrator, and heard his wife slowly and calmly say that many of their aunts and friends were also homosexuals, he decided to accept Andrew's case. In the final court, critically ill Andrew resolutely appeared in court
