Description

Plot Summary

A person claiming to be a 'newspaper man' quietly appeared on the internet, uploading videos claiming to have been subjected to vigilante justice for some people or companies who have been repeatedly behaving. At first, netizens sneered, but little did they know that the newspaper man actually took action. The actions of the newspaper man have stirred up people's long suppressed hearts of justice, and he has also gained more and more fans. In fact, Newspaper Man is not alone. He is composed of "Gates" Hiroaki Okuda (played by Douzhen Sanada), "Kansai" Tomohiko Kasai (played by Ryohei Suzuki), "Doraemon" Hirokazu Kimura (played by Yue Hamada), and "Fat Dwen" Shinichi Terahara (played by Ryora Arakawa). Four people with different backgrounds have fallen to the bottom of society. They have witnessed the cruelest side of human life in a place far away from the hustle and bustle of the city, and have also formed an unbreakable friendship. Newspaper men join hands to conduct a public trial of this world, while the police department's Yoshino Erika (played by Haruka Toda) from the Cybercrime Countermeasure Class is fully investigating the stories behind these men... This film is adapted from the original manga by Tetsuya Tsuchii.
