Plot Summary

After receiving orders from the Qing Dynasty minister Nalan Yuanshu (Donnie Yen) to deal with revolutionary party members, the White Lotus believers used the slogan of "supporting the Qing and eliminating foreigners" to wreak havoc on foreign embassies, churches, and other territories on the streets of Guangzhou, even sparing elementary school students. Their actions made Huang Feihong (Jet Li), Thirteen Aunt (Guan Zhilin), and Liang Kuan (Mo Shaocong) extremely angry. At a medical conference, Huang Feihong and the leader of the Revolutionary Party, Sun Wen (Zhang Tielin), became close friends at first sight.
