Plot Summary

In 1967, a family massacre occurred at the Mountain View Hotel. Ou Bingtong suspected that his wife was having an affair and killed her. He then committed suicide by swallowing rat poison with his three-year-old son. The deaths of the three were extremely terrifying, with the words "May this moment be forever" written on the walls of the room. The phonograph was playing the song "May this moment be forever" repeatedly. In 1999, computer expert Ma Wenxin (Liu Qingyun) in the printing industry was kidnapped by mysterious criminals after work, but neither his family nor his girlfriend Fu Qianren (Guo Aiming) received any ransom calls. Two days later, police officer Apit (Tony Leung Ka fai) discovered mysterious bloodstains in Ma Wenxin's car and tracked him to find him hanging upside down in the room where the family massacre occurred at the Mountain View Hotel, with injuries all over his body. From then on, Ma Wenxin seemed to be possessed by the ghost of Ou Bingtong, not only doubting Fu Qianren all day long, but also frequently showing a fierce gaze towards him.
