Description

Plot Summary

Christine (played by Amy Rossum), a newcomer to the Paris Opera Chorus, has recently made rapid progress due to a beautiful male voice coming from an ancient room in the theater every night to teach her singing techniques. This mentor and friend is actually a person known as the "Phantom of the Theater" (played by Gerard Butler), who was abandoned by his parents since childhood due to his ugly appearance and hid in the basement of the theater wearing a mask. The Phantom of the Opera actually loves Kristin deeply in her heart. By chance, Kristin was fortunate enough to play the lead role in an opera. With her rich singing skills learned from "The Phantom of the Opera", Kristin became famous overnight and was caught by the young and handsome theater patron Raoul (played by Patrick Wilson). Two young people quickly fell in love. The Phantom of the Opera was heartbroken, thinking that Raoul had taken Christine away and was preparing to stage a grand play of love and revenge
