Description
Plot Summary
The story takes place in the desolate western United States, in the town of Aparosa. Everett (played by Viggo Mortensen) and his partner Virgil (played by Ed Harris) rely on force and firearms to maintain a brief peace in the town. The most powerful figure in the town is undoubtedly the farmer Randall (played by Jeremy Irons), who wields a large amount of resources. Randall and his followers can be described as "domineering" in the town. Finally, after a series of tragedies, the residents of the town decided not to endure any longer, and a great war was about to begin. At the same time, a mysterious and beautiful woman named Alison (played by Ren é e Zellweger) arrived in town, adding insult to injury to the already precarious situation. Can Everett and Virgil rely on each other's tacit understanding and rich experience to lead the residents through this difficult time?
