Description
Plot Summary
Brian Clough (played by Michael Sheen) led Derbyshire Football Club to thrive in the second tier league, and his feud with Leeds United, a strong team in the first tier league, began in the 1968 FA Cup. In that game, Derby County lost to Leeds United, and after the game Brian accused Leeds United of their aggressive and brutal playing style. Leeds United's head coach Don R evie (Colm Meaney) is at odds with him. Derby County later signed many good players and successfully advanced to the first tier league under Brian's leadership. Encountering Leeds United again, they still lost. But later on, Derby County won the league championship. On the road to success, Peter Taylor (played by Timothy Spall) is Brian's best partner. With Don becoming the new coach of the England national team, Brian also accepted an invitation from Leeds United to become their new coach. However, Leeds United players are full of hostility towards him. Don Revie also frequently launched attacks on his successor. Brian's days at Leeds United were not easy. What kind of future does he have at Devil's United Leeds United?
