Description

Plot Summary

On the bumpy roadside, a small group of women are walking towards the cemetery in the village. They walked very solemnly, as if they were attending some ceremony. The ones walking at the forefront are Takla, Aimer, Yvonne, Alphard, and Sade. They held photos of their beloved men and walked under the scorching noon sun. The men in the photo all died in meaningless wars, leaving only their families struggling to live in the country. Some women wear veils, while others carry wooden crosses. They were dressed in black clothes, and although they came from different regions, families, and beliefs, their common emotion along the way was sadness. Arriving at the entrance of the cemetery, a dramatic scene unfolded: these women voluntarily split into two piles, one being Muslims and the other being Christians. In this war-torn country, this small group of women has raised the banner of anti war and actively engaged in anti war activities. From the outside to the inside, they are all undergoing baptism. Fortunately, their beliefs were tested by skepticism, religion, and opposition, and their friendship survived. But will there still be people who continue to do anti war and pray for peace after tragic events occur?
