Description
Plot Summary
On a peaceful Australian beach, a hangover lifeguard named Josh (Xavier Samuel) asks his girlfriend Tina (Sharni Vinson)'s brother Raleigh to go on a routine inspection of shark nets at sea. However, Raleigh is attacked by a shark, and Raleigh's death has left a great psychological shadow on Josh and Tina. Josh is filled with guilt for his girlfriend, and he gives up his job as a lifeguard to become a tallyman in a supermarket. Tina also travels to China to learn dance. One year later, when Tina returned to Australia, she met Josh unexpectedly at the supermarket. At the same time, the supermarket was engulfed in storms of theft and robbery... Just as this sudden event turned into a reality, the earth shook and a tsunami swept across, turning the supermarket into an isolated island. A great shark followed suit, and a fierce battle between humans and sharks erupted in an instant
