Plot Summary

Four years ago, Tessa Scott was diagnosed with leukemia by (Dakota Fanning), and the doctor admitted that it was an incurable disease, so she gave up treatment. Four years later today, her parents have separated and she lives with her brother and father (played by Paddy Considine), and has a good friend Zoey (played by Kaya Scodelario). She made a to-do list for herself before she died. The first thing is to engage in her first sexual activity, such as becoming famous, taking drugs, stealing things, and so on. Zoey's boyfriend introduced her to a boy, but she managed to escape in bed. Then she met her new neighbor Adam (played by Jeremy Irvine), who had a good impression of each other. Adam took her to a party, drove her on a motorcycle and ran wildly on the road, swimming in the late night sea. Finally, they became a couple. However, this relationship was initially opposed by Tessa's father. On the other hand, Zoey unexpectedly became pregnant and after careful consideration, she decided to keep the child. Tessa's condition is gradually worsening, and her last wish is to see Zoey's child before she passes away? This film is adapted from Jenny Downham's 2007 novel "Before I Die".
