Plot Summary

This film creates a fictional era of chaos, set in 19th century China. There is a powerful Lion Gang in the north, and the court wants to buy them off with gold. At this time, there is internal strife within the gang. The leader, Golden Lion (played by Chen Guantai), is killed by the second Silver Lion (played by Wen Feng Byron Mann) and the third Bronze Lion (played by Li Liegong Cung Le). Golden Lion's son, Zeng Yi (played by Yin Chengzhi Rick Yune), is determined to avenge his father. The blacksmith (RZA), who is far away in a remote town, is determined to save enough money to fly away with his beloved brothel girl Sisi (Jamie Chung).
