Plot Summary
On the surface, Jenny (played by Keri Russell) appears to be an ordinary girl, but deep down, there is a secret that only she herself knows. Originally, Jenny was deeply addicted to the novels written by British female writer Jane Austen, and was even more obsessed with her portrayal of "Mr. Darcy". In Jenny's mind, Mr. Darcy was the only benchmark for her future mate selection. However, it is precisely because of holding such unrealistic and ridiculous fantasies that Jenny has been hit hard and bruised everywhere in the emotional world. By chance, she received a letter from a distant relative, a wealthy gentleman, inviting Jenny to go on vacation at Austin Manor. Of course, Jenny would not miss this once-in-a-lifetime opportunity and secretly developed a fondness for this gentleman in her heart. But Jenny never imagined that this journey was not only her dream hunting journey, but also her dream shattering journey.
