Description

Plot Summary

The Chinese Ronghua Acrobatics Troupe has a well-known animal star, which is the lowland gorilla Lingling who can play baseball. Influenced by the old team leader, Lingling learned to play baseball at an early age, and 15-year-old animal trainer Zhao Weiwei (played by Xu Jiao), who grew up with Lingling since childhood, cooperated seamlessly with him and was able to communicate in both human and chimpanzee languages. But the old team leader was heavily in debt to make the mountain gorilla Thunder and Spirit form a striking combination. After his death, Vivi supported the operation of the acrobatic troupe with her weak arms, but was gradually pushed to a dead end by the creditors. At a critical moment, the gold medal agent of South Korean professional baseball, Sung Chung soo (played by Sung Dong ri), approached Vivi and used sweet words to invite Ling Ling to join the bottom ranked South Korean Doosan team as an official player. In order to repay her debts as soon as possible, Vivi left her hometown with her spirit and embarked on an uncertain journey in professional baseball... This film is adapted from the original work "The Seventh Team" by South Korean manga artist Seo Young wan.
