Description
Plot Summary
Ben Mago (Denzel Washington), who has won many honors and medals, was once a Marine Corps captain. During the First Gulf War, his small team was ambushed while conducting a search mission at night. With the wit and courage of his comrade Raymond Shaw (Liev Schreiber), the entire team was saved from danger, and Ben, who had lost consciousness, was able to escape death thanks to Raymond. Ten years later, Ben talked about this past on countless occasions and highly praised Raymond's courage. Due to his outstanding performance during the war, Raymond's career was bright, and with the assistance of his mother in the Senate, Irina (Meryl Streep), he has now become a candidate for Vice President. However, at this moment, Ben felt anxious and constantly questioned everything that had happened in his heart, as if there was another unknown version of the attack that night... This film is adapted from the 1962 John Frankenheimer film of the same name.
