Description
Plot Summary
Hillary Swank plays Kate, who used to be a classical pianist. Since suffering from amyotrophic lateral sclerosis, her life has gradually become unable to take care of herself. Her husband (Josh Duhamin) is busy with work and cannot take care of her all the time, so she hires college student Bec (played by Amy Rosen) to take care of her. Bec, dressed in punk youth attire, did not meet her husband's expectations, but Kate unexpectedly fell in love with her and kept her. It has been proven that Bec is not the type to take care of people. At first, their relationship was a disaster, but Bec, who was straightforward and cheerful, still gained Kate's approval. In the days that followed, Bec gradually realized that despite Kate's husband's care for her, Kate was not happy and even thought about living in a nursing home. In order to encourage Kate, Bec started living her life in her own way, which brought new hope and vitality to Kate who was already heartbroken, and also allowed Bec to grow differently.
