Plot Summary

Angel (played by Ye Qianwen) arrived in Hong Kong from Canada to conduct on-site investigations in order to complete a paper on the theme of "Chinese superstition". As soon as she got off the plane, Angel met the "lecherous" police officer Zhou Fa (played by Chow Yun fat), but fortunately she was not further entangled by him. Angel meets the slick car broker Hansom Wang (played by Huang Baiming) in order to rent a cheap place to live.
