Description
Plot Summary
Scholar Ning Caichen (played by Leslie Cheung) couldn't collect his debts and had nowhere to go, so he stayed overnight at the Ghost Temple Lanruo Temple and met the hero Yan Chixia (played by Wu Ma). The two became neighbors. One day, they met a beautiful woman named Xiaoqian (played by Wang Zuxian) and fell in love with each other. However, Xiaoqian was a ghost controlled by the tree demon grandmother, who specifically deceived the strong man to absorb Yang energy on behalf of the grandmother. Xiaoqian saw that Ning Caichen had a kind heart and could not bear to harm him, and their relationship gradually deepened.
