Plot Summary

Detective Zhang Tiezhu (played by Li Xiuxian) worked hard for more than ten years to obtain the position of detective. This person is jealous of evil and does not seek help. He has had many frictions with the newly appointed inspector, Mr. Luo, and despite his hard work in solving the case, he was actually harassed by the latter. On the other hand, the notorious bandit "Judge" (played by Cheng Kui an) and his group purchase guns to plan a major operation, while the car thief Wei Zai (played by Stephen Chow) is taken in by the judge as a peripheral assistant and provided with a criminal vehicle.
