Plot Summary

Mark (played by Chow Yun fat) and Chi Man (played by Tony Leung Ka fai) are cousins who are Vietnamese overseas Chinese and are currently developing in Hong Kong. Unexpectedly, the Vietnam War broke out, and both of them were very worried about the safety of the father of Zhimin, Uncle Song, who still lived in Saigon, Vietnam. In order to raise enough money to bring Zhimin's father to Hong Kong, the two decided to help local gangs smuggle arms to Vietnam. Unexpectedly, they were ambushed by the funeral state in Vietnam.
