Plot Summary

In 2013, the world went through a full-scale war, and all the original social order and modern facilities no longer existed, leaving people living in isolated environments. In a small town in the northern United States, people are ruled by a brutal tyrant. A homeless person discovered an abandoned car and began his career as a postman, gaining the trust of the townspeople. In the end, he led everyone to fight against the tyrant and gained the freedom of a long separation. In 2013, the Earth had been turned into a wasteland by a devastating war. Some small countries or villages were scattered on the land of present-day America, and a homeless man was thrown into a Nazi style concentration camp by the rulers. After escaping from the concentration camp, the homeless man known as "Shakespeare" unexpectedly discovered an expired package of mail and a postman uniform. In order to make a living, he began traveling between towns, falsely claiming that the entire country's public service system was being rebuilt and that he was a postman. Unexpectedly, the residents were overjoyed upon receiving the letter and accepted his lies. Soon, the second and third postal workers were born under his influence... Shakespeare accompanied the woman Abby in seclusion for a period of time, and when he reappeared, he found that there was already a group of postal workers in society who regarded himself as a spiritual leader. He reluctantly accepted the role and led everyone to fight against authoritarian rulers, reclaiming the lost American Dream
