Plot Summary

Nathan West (played by Samuel L. Jackson), a notorious American training base devil instructor known for his strictness, has always had a tense relationship with his students due to his ruthlessness. Tom Hardy (played by John Travolta), a former disciple who also harbors resentment towards West, is currently an official of the United States Drug Administration. The two were connected due to a mysterious disappearance case. The mysterious disappearance incident that occurred in the jungles of Panama resulted in six trainees and West disappearing without a trace after the hurricane. Hardy was tasked with working with military investigator Lieutenant Julia (played by Connie Nielsen) to investigate the matter. However, as the investigation unfolded, the testimonies of the only two surviving trainees, Danba (played by Brian Van Holt) and Kendall (played by Giovanni Ribisi), were vastly different. More and more lies and deception are gradually surfacing. Who is lying and what terrible facts lie behind the truth?
