Plot Summary

In the 1930s, Foshan was the capital of Chinese martial arts. On this day, the skilled northern martial arts master Jinshan (played by Fan Shaohuang) led his troops to Foshan to kick the gym. After all the major gym masters became his defeated subordinates, he approached Ye Wen (played by Donnie Yen), who had learned all the martial arts but was low-key and did not set up a gym to teach his disciples. At the request of police officer Li Zhao (played by Lin Jiadong), friend Wu Xilin (played by Xingyu), and other neighbors, as well as encouragement from his wife Zhang Yongcheng (played by Xiong Dailin), Ip Man used Wing Chun to subdue Jin Shan with softness, establishing his position as a master in Foshan.
