Plot Summary

In the first half of the 20th century, the shadow of war loomed over the world, lingering for a long time. The value of life is gradually decreasing, and sentient beings are forced to become victims and experimental subjects of interest groups. In a corner of East Asia, Japan continued to grow after the Meiji Restoration, and its ambition for outward expansion also continued to expand. The victories in several wars against Russia have made this nation even more fanatical.
