Description

Plot Summary

Insects, like other arthropods, have segmented bodies, appendages with main segments, and exoskeletons. The distinguishing features are: a mouth on the head, no walking limbs, and a genital opening close to the anus; Abnormal phenomena usually occur during development. There are approximately over 10 million species of insects in the world. And now there are about one million species of insects that have been recognized by humans, accounting for only a very small part of them. Insects are usually small to extremely tiny invertebrate organisms and are one of the most important members of arthropods. The biggest feature of insects is that their bodies can be divided into three different segments: head, thorax, and abdomen. They have six connected feet and usually have two pairs of wings attached to their chest. They evolved during the Silurian period, and by the Carboniferous period, large dragonflies with a wingspan of 70 centimeters appeared. They are still a thriving population today, with over one million species.
