Description
Plot Summary
The future United States of America, when the world runs out of oil. In the energy depleted wilderness world, humans are still constantly fighting for food, fuel, and weapons for independent survival. They can abandon so-called humanity and civilization and engage in brutal killings regardless of gender. The protagonist of the story, Weschler, is like a saint who constantly strives to find a peaceful Pure Land, but in the face of cruel reality, he follows the barbaric rules of using violence to counter violence.
