Plot Summary

The Jason Bourne incident triggered a chain reaction, with the Treadstone program and the CIA's use of drugs to control and strengthen agents being made public through newspapers, causing unease among those behind the scenes. In order to prevent a situation of losing everything, the CIA's senior management decided to suspend the plan and eliminate relevant agents and scientists from the operation.
