Plot Summary
The Hugh Hefner Story "is a story that combines archival fragments, interviews, and film adaptations, telling the story of Hugh Hefner, the charismatic founder of Playboy magazine, and his impact on global culture and history. Playboy started in post-war America and launched "Playboy" magazine in 1953, as well as Hefner's life and career for the next sixty years.
