Description
Plot Summary
After Di Renjie (played by Zhao Youting) solved the Shendu Dragon King case, Emperor Gaozong (played by Sheng Jian) bestowed the divine weapon Kanglong mace upon him. However, he was envied by Empress Wu Zetian (played by Carina Lau), who framed Di Renjie in order to steal the Kanglong mace. The Empress summoned a group of skilled "outsiders" to plot against him and ordered Captain Chi Zhenjin (played by Feng Shaofeng) to lead the team. With the help of medical officer Shatuo Zhong (played by Lin Gengxin), Di Renjie successfully escaped the persecution of the "Inhuman Group" and negotiated a settlement with Weichi Zhenjin. At the same time, the assassin Shuiyue (played by Ma Sichun) of the "Inhuman Group" discovered an unknown force in the capital city. As Di Renjie dealt with the burial of Wu Zetian, the Tang Dynasty fell into a deeper crisis.
