Description
Plot Summary
When their daughter Pamela (Misha Barton), the operator of the old 911 call center, and her estranged husband Jeremy (Luke Goss), a senior police officer, were kidnapped as hostages, they were desperate and had to follow the kidnappers' rules: send messages through all police and fire units dispatched to remote locations in the city, where they encountered chaos. I don't know why, the only thing they know is that if they accidentally engage with another - they will be fully responsible for promoting the largest crime in the city's history. Now, they must race against the clock to make their life choices - save the city - or save their daughter.
