Description
Plot Summary
During his six-year imprisonment, Rudy (played by Ben Affleck) meets his good friend Nick (played by James Frain). Through Nick's letters, Rudy learns about a woman named Ashley (played by Charlize Theron). In a state of hidden silence, Rudy develops a special affection for Ashley as well. During a prison riot, Nick died, and after being released from prison, Rudy had only one wish, which was to find Ashley. As Rudy had anticipated, Ashley was a stunning beauty. In order to prevent the situation from escalating, Rudy lied to Ashley that she was Nick. Rudy and Ashley's relationship progressed rapidly, but at the same time, Rudy also found himself seemingly caught up in a conspiracy. Ashley's brother Gabriel (played by Gary Sinise) plans to rob a casino, and through coercion and temptation, Rudy also joins in.
